Information for administrators

There are three types of administrative accounts in Signomix:

• system administrator,
• organization administrator,
• customer administrator.

System management

Basic functionality available to system administrators.

• User management

• Management of the organization's documentation

• Application management

Organization management

The system administrator assigns organization administrator privileges to selected organization users.

The version for organizations (enterprise, association, foundation, etc.) offers additional functionality:

• organizational structure
• managing user accounts within the organization
• providing Signomix functionality to the organization's customers
• managing customer accounts
• defining the authorization structure
• notification routing rules

Client management

The organization's administrator assigns administrator privileges to selected users of the organization's client.
