Mailing - sending e-mails to users

Signomix has the ability to send mailings to users. Mailing can be used to inform users about important events, updates, promotions or other relevant information.

Messages are sent to users to e-mail addresses that are registered in the system. Users can receive messages in different languages, depending on their language preferences marked in the account configuration.
Messages are also available after logging into the Signomix web-application by selecting "Messages" in the menu.

Sending a mailing requires the following steps:

  1. Create a document with the content of the message and load it into the hcms service. You can create two versions: Polish and English.
  2. Execute a reference to the corresponding REST API method that initiates the mailing process.

This functionality is available to platform administrators.
